This 3 Bedroom house is located in a gated community at the Quivira Golf at Copala in the Pueblo Bonito Resort on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas, features an upgraded kitchen with dishwasher, dinning seating for 8, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, in suite washer/ dryer and a private fenced yard with seating area to enjoy your morning coffee and BBQ's. You can enjoy an additional amazing outdoor living space equipped with lounge chairs and seating on the private rooftop patio of this home.

Guests will have access to many pools throughout the development with an infinity pool and a children’s pool at the end of each building.

For those guests looking to spend the day poolside, the Copala Club house has the perfect option with their main pool, Jacuzzi with bar/restaurant. The clubhouse also boasts a movie room, gym, and business center.

Staying at Copala provides discounts on green fees at Quivira Golf, an exclusive owner/invitation only course, on dining at all restaurants including the 5 star Quivira Steakhouse and on Spa services for those looking to be pampered.

As this is a brand new development, construction is on-going during the day with noise levels that do not bother most people, including those who enjoy sleeping in. Please note that all amenities listed herein are completely finished and waiting for your enjoyment.

This is a quiet, safe, Pet Friendly gated community with 24 hour security, guests are required to check in upon arrival and departure and also when entering and leaving each time. The concierge at Copala will provide an orientation upon arrival and is also available to answer any property or neighborhood questions.
